The figures
Lightopia's own campaign, measured 21 October 2026. It is not a result from a group of OutreachSheet customers.
| Measure | Figure |
|---|---|
| Venues reached | 3,242 |
| Countries | 31 |
| Languages | 14 |
| Replies | 400 |
| Potential deals | 108 |
| Mailboxes used | One Google mailbox |
The follow-up is where the deals were
One in three replies came from a follow-up, not the first email. Without the second and third email, a third of those replies would never have arrived. Nobody on the team had to remember to send them: the sheet did it, in the same thread, and stopped the moment a venue replied.
That sheet is now OutreachSheet: the same engine, ready for your list.
How the outreach was run
The job was simple to describe: keep a useful list of venues, write a relevant message, send it from a real person’s account, and follow through. Because the venues were spread across 31 countries, each prepared message was sent in the venue’s language, which is why OutreachSheet routes sequences by country. Everything went out from one Google mailbox rather than a sending platform.
What this does and does not show
- It shows that one ordinary Google mailbox can carry a multi-country outreach campaign of this size.
- It does not show what any other sender will get. Results depend on your list, your offer and your messages.
- It does not isolate the effect of language, sending pace, follow-ups or any single feature.
- It was run on the predecessor engine. OutreachSheet’s current features are listed on the product page.
